About you Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will work on both front-end and bank-end development, building dynamic web applications and APIs. This role involves working with both Vue.js and Node.js. A day in the life As a Software Developer, your daily tasks may include:
- Building front-end applications with Vue.js / Nuxt.
- Building and maintaining back-end APIs with Node.js and Express.
- Collaborating with the team to implement features and improvements.
- Writing clean, reusable code and performing debugging.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring high code quality. An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:
- 0
- 2+ years of experience with Vue.js and Node.js
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Git
- Basic knowledge of API development and integration and while these aren't deal-breakers, it would also be nice to have:
- Experience with other frameworks (e.g., React or Angular)
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) Don't worry if you don't meet every single requirement
