**PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES**

At Studco our Production Associates are at the core of what we do. They are responsible for setting up, operating and troubleshooting our roll forming mills under the guidance of our Team Leaders and Machine Setters. This is a quick-paced environment where high performers can advance quickly. We are looking for mechanically minded people who are keen to be part of a winning team.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce steel products on a roll forming mill to meet quality specs and production targets as outlined at the daily huddle.
- Complete daily maintenance on machinery reporting damage or issues to the Team Leader.
- Work safely, always following the Company Safety Policy.
- Complete 5S clean-ups on your area leaving it ready for the next Associate.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Mechanical ability and a willingness to learn.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast moving, high pressure environment.
- Valuable communication skills.
- History of protected working practices.
