We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Croydon and be paid above award wages with new owners who have a passion for the business.

**At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for**:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Assisting with stock control and production expenses

**To be considered for this ‘roll’, you will need to**:

- Have a passion for baking
- Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 3am
- Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills
- Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty (this is a physically demanding job)
- Be available to work a 7day rotating roster.
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $32,500.00
- $52,025.00 per year

- Croydon, Vic 3136: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
