**About the Role**: As an **Educational Leader**, you'll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by:

- Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs

- Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy

- Building strong, supportive relationships with families

- Encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth across the team

**About You**: We're looking for a motivated leader with:

- A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification

- 1-2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar)

- A collaborative, team-focused approach

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
