Marketing Assistant (Croydon)

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the agile marketing team at Studco Building Systems as a Marketing Assistant. In this full-time role based in Croydon, Victoria, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of the company's overall marketing strategy and initiatives.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and events
- Support the creation of engaging content for the company's website, social media channels and other marketing materials
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, reporting and filing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Participate in market research and analysis to help identify new opportunities

**What we're looking for**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing support role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or Hootsuite
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple departments
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
