We’re seeking an Service Delivery Manager

NDIS clients to lead our services with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional services.

Oversee day-to-day operations across our client portfolio.

Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and industry regulations.

Drive continuous improvement and foster a supportive, high-performance culture.

Manage incidents, complaints, and risks with accountability and care.

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in operations or service management within disability, health, or community services.

Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance frameworks.

Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support teams.

A commitment to person-centred care and positive client outcomes.
