**Senior Tennis Coach**

Croydon Tennis Centre is looking for a skilled and qualified tennis coach in a full time capacity to continue to drive our Tennis programs. The role involves coaching and some management responsibilities in a supportive environment and will suit an individual who demonstrates the following: **Selection Criteria**
- Proven proactive coaching ability
- Strong leadership skills to be a key leading member of the team
- Effective workplace communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proven competition management experience
- Flexible coaching skills for juniors & adults of all ages and standards
- Demonstrated co-operative & qualified approach
- Proven ability to develop rapport & relationships with juniors, adults & parents
- Influencing skills to achieve participation in tennis program’s
- Willingness to work on weekends and event days
- Computer Competencies
- TA Tournament Planner, MS outlook, Word, Excel, Mindbody an advantage

**Qualifications**

Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach Qualification or international equivalent accreditation
- preferred A minimum of two years post qualification experience
- required PE/Human Movement/Sport Coaching/Sport Management degree
- preferred Additional tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline will be well regarded

**Duties
- responsible & involved in the following**
- Coaching Tennis Hot Shots Lessons
- Junior & Adult lessons
- Private & Group Lessons
- Cardio Tennis
- Drive Tennis Hot Shots program for juniors
- School Holiday Programs
- High performance Holiday Programs
- In house Junior Tennis Leagues (Competitions)
- Event role
- Junior Tournaments
- Development of new initiatives & programs that generate revenue
- Work closely with the coaching team to develop & manage programs

Remuneration based on experience.

**$60-75K**

This is an excellent opportunity for the right coach offering career advancement. We are a registered business sponsor, sponsorship is available after a probation period of 12 months. Existing sponsorship arrangements can be transferred.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
