- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant carpentry experience.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) and a valid White Card (General Construction Induction).
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in structural framing (residential project experience is highly preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of timber framing methods and Australian Building Codes.
- Plan Reading: Ability to confidently read, interpret, and work from architectural plans.
- Logistics: A valid driver’s licence.
