We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Learn to Swim Instructor to join our team, delivering high-quality lessons in a supportive, student-focused workplace.

About the Role

You’ll be teaching children across all levels
- from our Tadpole toddlers through to our Marlin squad
- in a structured, term-based swim program.

Key: This is a term-based role, and instructors are expected to commit to the full school term once rostered to ensure consistency and the best outcomes for our students. Instructors who want to continue to subsequent Terms are our fave!

Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, structured swim lessons across all levels Provide individualised feedback to students and parents Build confidence and water safety skills Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment Follow all safety and operational procedures

About You Passionate about teaching children and water safety Reliable and able to commit to a full term Friendly, energetic, and patient Strong communication skills

Requirements Current Swim Teaching Qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or Royal Life) Current CPR Certificate Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
