Overview Quality Engineer – Croydon 36.5 Hours Per Week – 08:30-16:30 Mon-Thu & 08:30-15:30 Fri. Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Basic + Up To 8% Of Salary Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Dental Health Scheme + Cycle To Work Scheme. Quality Engineer required by a well-established manufacturer. - Assist in maintaining the company quality management system and ensure compliance with the appropriate standards.
- Complete internal audits and special process workstation assessments.
- Support the Quality Manager, follow up with internal departments regarding NCRs raised from internal and external sources.
- Conduct supplier assessments, audits and appraisals.
- Complete internal, external, customer FAI’s.
- Conduct process / quality training and support Mechanical Inspectors at goods inwards. Quality Engineer (Qualifications)
- HNC / Degree level qualification (or equivalent).
- Internal or lead auditor certified (or equivalent).
- Experience of quality engineering in a safety critical engineering environment.
