Filia is preparing to open its doors, and we’re building our foundation team from the ground up. As a Barista at Filia, you’ll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee while creating a warm and welcoming guest experience. This role is about more than making coffee—you’ll help shape the pace, energy and standards of the venue. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure efficient service, maintain a clean and organised bar, and contribute to creating a café setting guests return to for both the coffee and the experience.
