The Chance Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will collaborate with team members to develop and produce functional, detailed civil designs. As a leader, you will guide and mentor colleagues and junior staff, promoting best practices and fostering continuous development throughknowledge sharing and active participation in technical discussions. - 5+ years’ experience in Land Development
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, HecRAS, and Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated experience in designing roads, drainage, sewer and water reticulation, retarding basins, and wetlands
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Motivated and collaborative team player Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of MRWA DAS training or eligibility to complete it
