- Manage end-to-end customer order processing across B2B and DTC channels, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery (DIFOT)
- Coordinate transport and 3PL logistics, including stock transfers, dispatch, and delivery scheduling
- Oversee inbound freight operations, working closely with freight forwarders on bookings, tracking, and documentation
- Proactively resolve order, stock, and delivery issues, acting as the key point of communication for customers and internal teams
- Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking inbound shipments and ensuring accurate delivery timelines
- Maintain and update master data across systems, including SKU creation, inventory accuracy, and new product setup
- Support retailer onboarding, new product launches, and line setup processes across supply chain systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, marketing and external partners to improve processes and drive efficiency The Successful Applicant A successful Supply Chain Operations Coordinator should have:
- Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination role
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory flow, and transport logistics
- Experience working with retailers, eCommerce, and/or 3PL partners
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues early and drive solutions independently
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (e.g. Cin7, SAP, Shopify, or similar)
- Solid Excel and data management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate master data and reporting What's on Offer
