About the role:

The Location Manager has a robust focus on ensuring our brand is well known in the community, be results oriented and ensure the provision of quality service to our clients, embracing and advocating the company’s culture and high service standards.

This role is required to build positive relationships with stakeholders, motivate a team, provide compassionate care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives before, during and after the funeral.

About you:

You possess the capacity to lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged and proud to be part of the team

Operations, people and finance management for high-volume of funerals across the 3 locations combined.

Ability to deliver profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levels

Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values and beliefs

Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the public

Empathy to interpret the needs of people and clearly communicate options to clients

Competent administrative and computing skills and an eye for detail.

Flexibility to participate in after hour duties, including occasional weekend arranging.

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Hold a level of comfort in working with grieving families and the deceased

Full, unrestricted Victorian Driver’s License
