This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety in their day. Your responsibilities will span accounts, inventory management, customer service and general office administration. - Manage accounts payable and receivable through MYOB.
- Process invoices, reconciliations and support bookkeeping functions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across equipment, consumables and spare parts.
- Conduct stocktake and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Process customer orders and track deliveries.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Support day-to-day office administration and business operations.
- Build solid relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. What do you need?
- Proven experience using MYOB across accounts, administration or inventory functions.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable and bookkeeping processes.
- Experience in stock control, inventory management or a similar environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
