Job Description

In this role, you'll be a key member of our large flagship branch in Richmond and be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.

Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects

Building relationships with suppliers to ensuremargins are maintained

Respond to customer queries & make follow-upcalls.

Qualifications

You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.

Passionate about building solid working relationships with new and existing customers.

Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
- otherwise we will provide the product training!
