**About the Role**

We're looking for **Maintenance Technicians** who can:

- Carry out general building maintenance (doors, locks, fixtures).
- Perform patching, painting, and cosmetic repairs.
- Work on commercial defits and refits.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Communicate clearly and report effectively.
- Working for both Domestic and Commercial clients within the B2B Industry.
- Work independently and within a team when required.

**What You'll Need**
- Broad trade skills (carpentry or similar background ideal)
- Experience in commercial or domestic property maintenance
- Minimum 1-2 years of property maintenance or trade experience
- Current driver's licence (mandatory)
- White Card (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Valid Australian work authorisation required

Pay: $38.00
- $41.00 per hour
