**About the Role**
We are seeking reliable, motivated and safety focused Production Workers to join our team based at our brand-new facility in Wingfield SA, to work the afternoon shifts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General production duties across various work streams
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety policies and procedures
**About You**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and assembly environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Valid forklift licence
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Experience in operating machinery and equipment
- High level of attention to detail
- Hands-on approach with the ability to perform manual tasks safely and effectively
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Willingness to learn current processes and adapt to evolving operational requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
