**Your new role**: We’re seeking rising stars to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll:

- Connect with and understand the demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond
- Take parents through product features by demonstrating how they work
- Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help
- Stay on top of stock levels around the store
- Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, nights and weekends

- Understand the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood
- Expertly guide customers through our range of brands and products
- Work efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Hold high standards in customer service
