- The opportunity to be part of a respected family business with over 47 years of success About The Role We are looking for an experienced, energetic retail Store Manager or 2IC who is passionate about customer service, team development, and driving sales performance within a fast-paced retail environment. Your daily duties will involve but not be limited to:
- Achieving KPIs and exceeding sales targets
- Building strong rapport and effective relationships with customers and staff
- Leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales team
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- General administration and inventory management
- Maintaining high presentation and merchandising standards
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of business and staff management
- Working a set or rotational roster, including some weekend availability Critical to your success will be a strong understanding of retail management and the complete sales process, from initial customer engagement through to delivering the perfect sleep solution. We are seeking true leaders with a positive attitude and the ability to train, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team. To be successful in this role, you will have:
