We’re on the lookout for a energetic, people-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our Gepps Cross Home Improvement Store—part of one of Australia’s most trusted and innovative names in the building industry. **- This isn’t just a sales job. One minute you’re chatting through ideas with a customer, the next you’re helping design a solution they didn’t even know was possible. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and seriously rewarding.** **- You won’t be doing it alone. As part of our supportive and collaborative Retail Sales Team, you’ll receive ongoing training and development to set you up for success.** This is a full-time, rostered role that includes Saturday shifts.

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly, including store merchandising
- General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

- Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster
