Production Team Member (Afternoon Shift) (Gepps Cross)

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our team is looking for a motivated **Production Team Member** to join us manufacturing and assembling products for our trade and retail customers.

There is a **permanent, full-time** opportunity to work **Afternoon Shift between 3pm to midnight,** including shift loading.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
- Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements
- Interpreting product drawings
- Picking and packing products
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality focused
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**

- Experience in a similar position will be highly regarded
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to interpret product drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Physically fit to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Basic computer skills
