**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Through an expansion plan, an exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service Representative** to work within our sales team at **Gepps Cross**. As a motivated Sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to manage inbound online quotes and sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide exceptional customer service for inbound online quotes
- Utilise your selling skills to provide solutions to customers
- Designing and selling Stratco products
- Focus on growth of sales
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales to meet customer’s needs
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Availability for some weekend work and out of hours work on occasions
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
