**The Prospect**
**Customer Service Administrator
- Gepps Cross, SA**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Resources and Industrials division, located at our Gepps Cross site. As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide a broad range of customer service and administrative tasks across the site, focusing on the receivals & dispatch process, to enable the best possible customer experience and enable operations to provide a first-class service. You will also be responsible for:
- Collate and sort warehouse dockets and customer order paperwork together as appropriate.
- Complete Export Work Register when required for Export Orders; collate & action all necessary paperwork as per procedure.
- Daily collection of paperwork from Transport & Warehouse sort and distribute as necessary.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Experience in logistics & warehousing.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective time management and self-discipline.
- Intermediate computer software skills Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint.
- Warehouse Management Systems exposure and experience.
- Sound knowledge of DG and non-DG freight handling, products, and legislation, highly desirable.
