Credit Controller (Wingfield)

**The Opportunity**

An exciting prospect to join the Commercial team as a Credit Controller, based in Wingfield, SA.

This role will offer variety and scope for a self-motivated, quick thinker and an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In this role where you will manage debtors accounts, you will minimise overdue and high-risk debts whilst delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team who have a continuous improvement focus. **What Will You Do?**

In this exciting opportunity you will:

- proactively manage customer accounts within agreed terms and approved limits
- engage with sales team to proactively manage customer outcomes
- actively manage and provide timely escalation of customer claim deductions
- provide detailed analysis, support and proactive engagement to correct and resolve Trade Debtor delinquent performers
- develop reporting to show Year on Year and Month on Month results against forecast for your customer portfolio
- introduce measures to return customers to correct trade terms
- establish close working relationships with all members of the credit team and other key internal staff and external customers

**More About You**

As an experienced Credit Controller with excellent relationship-building skills, you will bring:

- high attention to detail and time management skills
- experience working in a high volume role
- sound reconciliations skills
- proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP or similar
