**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Stratco is seeking a **L**earning Content Developer **to take on a crucial role in our major ERP implementation project. While expertise in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) is not essential, we are looking for someone with the technical capability, adaptability, and desire to take ownership of this new and exciting platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing training content using Oracle’s Guided Learning tools to help users navigate current systems and processes. You will be a key player in ensuring the successful adoption of these tools, starting with our first go-live in early 2025 and continuing with subsequent phases across our operations in Australia and New Zealand.

The role will be based in our Adelaide head office, with some travel required to other locations. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business, assess the effectiveness of training materials, and make ongoing improvements to ensure successful adoption. Your ability to engage and communicate with users at all levels of the business will be key to your success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and manage interactive, user-friendly Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) technical training content in line with project timelines, using digital learning tools to support effective end-user training.
- Collaborate with local functional teams to utilise communication tools that enhance user engagement and system adoption.
- Manage role-based integration of training content with ERP systems to maximise communication and learning effectiveness.
- Take ownership of the learning platform, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure it meets the needs of the project.
- Collaborate with SMEs and Super Users to ensure training content aligns with business requirements and supports the successful adoption of new systems.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Forums, making recommendations to improve training effectiveness and user experience.
- Monitor, report, and refine training content based on feedback and performance data to ensure continuous improvement.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong technical aptitude and experience developing training content for complex systems (ERP experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to adapt to new platforms and take ownership of new technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Prior experience in a training, content creation, or change management role is highly regarded.
- Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or similar platforms is an advantage, but not essential.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
