Production Labourer You’ll be working in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment, ensuring consistent output, product quality, and efficient machine performance. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts available on either:
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Overtime opportunities are also available. Full training will be provided along with ongoing support and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards
- Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, make machine adjustments, and assist with preventative maintenance and in-house repairs
- Support downstream production processes including transfer to kiln and handover to recovery and production teams
- Complete end-of-shift clean-downs and general equipment maintenance About You
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or process work experience is highly regarded
