**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and customer-centric **Retail Sales Team Member** based at our **Gepps Cross** store**.**This position involves working as part of our cooperative Retail Sales Team, reporting to the Store Manager.

This is a **permanent, full-time** opportunity, working across **Monday to Sunday** with a **rotating weekend** roster. Weekend work includes **penalty rates**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assist customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software
- Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
- Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping
- Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles
- Engage in regular product and sales training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
- Competency with software systems
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
