Industrial Maintenance Planner (Wingfield)

1: Utilising CMMS to optimise schedule maintenance activities, generate work orders, record maintenance history and optimise asset management.

2: Developing schedules and planning strategies for the upkeep and maintenance of our specialized plant (Kit C-A-T PVC Fabric Cleaner and the CLEAN FLOOR Machine), all other plant, vehicles and hire stock.

3: Developing standardised maintenance workflows and job plans to ensure efficient work execution and compliance with safety standards.

4: Designing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and maximise equipment availability.

5: Implementing processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance practices with the aim to reducing plant down time and improving equipment performance.

6: Estimating labour hours, spare parts and external resources required for planned maintenance and shutdowns.

7: Monitoring and reporting on maintenance costs, ensuring activities are completed within allocated budgets.

8: Coordinating the procurement, inventory control and availability of spare parts and hire stock to ensure maintenance efficiency.

9: Install and setup of current equipment.

10: Coordinating with external contractors and vendors for specialised activities and ensure work meets compliance and quality standards.

Pay: $80,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wingfield SA 5013: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
