**What you’ll do
- Lead all quality assurance activities at our Adelaide Regional Distribution Centre (ARDC)
- Monitor and assess Fruit & Veg lines delivered to the distribution centre (DC) validating the compliance with product quality and labelling specifications set by the Woolworths quality assurance team
- Follow the Banana ripening process to out turn the optimum quality and colour stage for our stores and customers.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Buying Team to ensure we are delivering the best quality offer for store operations to enhance customer experienceDeliver safe, quality products in line with Woolworth's specifications and company KPI’s

**What you’ll bring
- Strong Computer skills such as Microsoft and/or Google Suite
- Passion for retail & team first customer first mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in demanding situationAbility to foster a team environment where people can challenge current ways

**Desirable:
- Post Harvest knowledge
- Agronomy / Agriculture knowledge
- Firm understanding of supermarket retailing and commercial processesFarming or/and retail fruit & veg experience
