Our client has a strong reputation for customer service and operational excellence. We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to continue the tradition of customer service excellence. This role balances people leadership with hands‑on customer service, ensuring order accuracy, timely communication, and commitment to quality. This role is onsite in Belgrade, Minnesota. Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop Customer Service Representatives to maintain strong performance and service quality
- Support hiring and new hire onboarding and training
- Oversee daily team workflow, workload balance, and scheduling
- Handle escalated customer concerns, order issues, and delivery challenges
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and leadership to resolve issues efficiently
- Drive customer satisfaction through responsive, professional service
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with service standards, policies, and documentation practices
- Serve as the connection point between the customer service team and leadership Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
