Senior Educator Location: 250/254 Place Rd, Wonthella WA 6530 Centre: Goodstart Wonthella Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week Pay: $39.85 per hour – $41.05 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits Responsibilities
- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment tailored to meet the needs of all children.
- Promote a joyful, respectful atmosphere where children thrive and educators make a real difference. Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check. Benefits
