Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week

Pay: $39.85 per hour – $41.05 per hour, plus superannuation and advantages

Responsibilities

Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Promote a joyful, respectful atmosphere where children thrive and educators make a real difference.

Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
