Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
- Data Centre Projects – Guaranteed Bonus. (Role will be a mix of remote working and site visits). Previous Data Centre project experience is essential.

My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload. This employer is looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Design Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

Knowledge of Building Sector.
Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager, Design Manager. Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.
Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties. Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
High level of communication skills.
Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
Remuneration
Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)
Car Allowance
Pension (very competitive)
