My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and rapid‑growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen the team with a Design Coordinator to work on a range of Building Sector projects.

Ideal for an already experienced Design Coordinator or an Assistant/Graduate Design Coordinator looking for a step up.

Other opportunities are also available for Design Managers.

Requirements Knowledge of the Building Sector. Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager, Design Manager, architect or design engineer. Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, mixed use, residential, apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels, extra care housing, MOJ, industrial, education or healthcare. Ideally previous Main Contractor employment. High level of communication skills. Relevant industry qualification (Degree/HND/HNC etc). Flexibility to travel/visit sites.

Location

Yorkshire / Flexible to travel.

Remuneration £25,000 – £45,000 Basic (dependent on experience) Car allowance Healthcare Pension (very competitive) Bonus
