- We’re Hiring!

We are looking for an organised, creative, and hands-on Event Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can take charge, plan seamlessly, and deliver exceptional events from start to finish.

Location: Oakden

Start: Immediate / Negotiable

What you’ll be doing:

- Planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
- Managing vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Overseeing event setup, operations, and pack-down
- Maintaining timelines, budgets, and event checklists
- Ensuring all events run smoothly and professionally
- Handling bookings, client communication, and on-site management

What we’re looking for:

- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Prior event management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
