Come grow with us in an atmosphere that’s as dynamic as you are, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our 6 bars and function room. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar position, flexible availability, and all necessary certificates for hospitality service in Queensland. This role is paid at Level 5 Registered Club Award. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Train and mentor staff members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of bar promotions and events. Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- All relevant certificates for hospitality service in Queensland.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations and inventory management. Benefits
