As a leading entertainment venue in SEQ, **Greenbank Services Club** encompasses a 300 machine gaming floor, Gardens Steak and Seafood Restaurant, Marketplace Restaurant, multiple function rooms, bars and a fully supervised Kids Club Room. Partnered with 5 star customer service, our members and guests will receive a customised experience upon each and every visit.

**About the Role **

**In this role, you will also be required to undertake the following duties**:

- Working in the fast paced workplace of either a café kitchen or large production kitchen
- Cleaning of all kitchenware, equipment and utensils
- Disposal of all waste and sorting of recycled items
- Demonstration of hygienic and safe work practices
- Responsible for strict stock control and food storage
- Food preparation as directed
- Other duties as requested

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: **Essential skills & competencies**:

- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required
- A willingness to learn and undertake training when required
- Time management and organisational skills
- Be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a kitchen environment
- Hygiene for Food Handlers Certification preferred
