- Proven success managing hard dollar contracts, structural concrete, and civil works.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A detail‑oriented mindset and pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Ideally, you’re Gladstone‑based – or willing to relocate.
- Tertiary qualifications would be advantageous but not mandatory. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with Aestec Management to align goals and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure expectations around safety, quality, schedule, and cost are exceeded.
- Manage compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate resources – people, materials, subcontractors, and equipment – to ensure program and budget alignment.
- Lead investigations and reporting of incidents as required.
- Monitor and manage quality assurance processes and performance improvement.
