What you’ll do As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Instrumentation & Control Systems) in Gladstone you’ll contribute to projects and programs that support the future of the Qld Industrial Business. - Lead the design and delivery of in****strumentation, control, and communication systems across complex industrial projects
- Act as a trusted I&C; technical specialist, advising on system architecture, integration, and best practice
- Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and process teams to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary solutions
- Mentor and develop less experienced engineers, building team capability and technical excellence
- Oversee project delivery, managing schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning and growing project opportunities What you’ll bring
- Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering
- RPEQ (Electrical) or ITEE equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on instrumentation
- A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
- Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
