- Be part of a workplace where current ideas are welcomed, and your voice matters. About You We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager who brings a minimum of 10 years' experience in Civil Infrastructure, Construction or Mining/Resources and is ready to hit the ground running. You’ll Also Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven success managing hard dollar contracts, structural concrete, and civil works.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ideally, you're Gladstone-based — or willing to relocate. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with Aestec Management to align goals and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage client relationships to ensure expectations around safety, quality, schedule, and cost are exceeded.
- Manage compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate resources — people, materials, subcontractors, and equipment — to ensure program and budget alignment.
- Lead investigations and reporting of incidents as required.
- Monitor and manage quality assurance processes and performance improvement.
