About the role As the Social Worker – Advanced (General Medicine), you will provide expert clinical leadership and advanced social work services to patients and families with complex needs across acute, sub‑acute and rehabilitation settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support high‑quality patient care, mentor and develop clinicians, lead service improvement initiatives, and help shape innovative models of care that improve outcomes for Central Queensland communities. About you You are an experienced Social Worker with a recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). You bring advanced clinical expertise, sound professional judgement and a passion for supporting patients and families experiencing complex health and social challenges. With a collaborative approach, you thrive in multidisciplinary environments, contribute to service improvement initiatives and are committed to maintaining high professional standards through ongoing learning and development. What we offer Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $73.12
- $76.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
