About the Role
We have an exciting chance to join our supportive team as a Food Services Assistant at John Flynn Village in Burwood east. This is a casual position.
Our FSA's professionally and courteously serve food and beverages to the residents during mealtimes, morning & afternoon teas and at relevant functions.
You must have an eye for detail as in this role you're responsible for our table settings in the dining and lounge areas. You will also assist with any food preparation in the serveries
including plating and heating of meals. You'll also be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas and making our dinnerware sparkle!
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
A reliable, friendly and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have a robust focus on food hygiene and cleanliness
Food Safety Certificate is required
Knowledge of proper dining etiquette
