**About Triple Zero Victoria**: Triple Zero Victoria (000VIC) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

**About the Role**: The Advisor, Talent Development supports the design and delivery of talent development initiatives aimed at building leadership capability, supporting talent identification and succession planning, and enhancing the culture and performance of Triple Zero Victoria.

As a member of the Workforce Capability portfolio, which is responsible for the development of strategic, cutting-edge, effective, and sustainable people programs and initiatives that measurably lift organisational and individual capability, this role more specifically supports key initiatives including leadership development programs, talent identification and succession planning process, culture and engagement activities and corporate training, to build capability across the organisation.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of high quality, comprehensive and workforce centric capability development services, focused on talent development.
- Support the design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of Triple Zero Victoria’s leadership development programs ensuring results and a measurable uplift of leadership capability at every level which supports a transformation of organisational culture and drives staff engagement.
- Support the enterprise-wide approach to talent management, including high-potential talent identification and development, talent pipeline development, succession planning and the establishment of career pathways.
- Facilitate and deliver internal development programs, including Manager Inductions and professional development workshops to support internal delivery proposition. Monitor and track effectiveness of internal programs with a focus on continuous improvement.

**About You**: In addition, you will have the following skills and competencies:

- A Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or Psychology or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end L&OD; activities, including program design/delivery/facilitation, and review of interventions to measure success
- Previous experience in leadership and/or talent management
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
