Restoration Supervisor – Insurance & EOL Claims

pba is expanding its Escape of Liquid (EOL) and restoration operations in South Australia and we are looking for an experienced Restoration Supervisor to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing insurer-integrated restoration and repairs model working across water, storm, fire and mould-related insurance claims. Working closely with our operations, estimating and supervisory teams, this role will help lead restoration works across Adelaide while delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and insurer partners. About the Role

The Restoration Supervisor will be responsible for managing restoration claims from first attendance through to completion, including:
- Water damage restoration
- Structural drying
- Mould remediation
- Fire and smoke restoration
- Emergency make safes
- Strip out and mitigation works
- Monitoring and reporting on drying progress
- Coordinating technicians and subcontractors
- Customer and insurer communication
- Site inspections and scope assessments This role will suit someone who is highly organised, hands-on and confident managing multiple claims in a fast-paced insurance workplace. What We’re Looking For

- Experience within restoration or insurance restoration
- Strong understanding of water damage and drying processes
- Experience managing restoration claims or teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of claims
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Current driver’s licence
- IICRC qualifications highly regarded
- Experience working with insurers or insurance builders advantageous What We Offer
