Be part of a new chance as Data Analyst, join the Process Mining & Automation (PM&A;) team within the National IT department of ALDI stores, based in Prestons NSW.

As a Data Analyst your primary responsibilities are process related analytics and development of data driven solutions, specificity Process Mining, to support business processes within the ALDI system landscape (SAP). The roll enables end-to-end exposure to all local and international business streams i.e., Buying, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Stores, Finance and IT. You will utilise data to drive tangible cost saving or process improvement outcomes. Demonstration of excellent project management expertise and stakeholder management with a robust understanding of business processes will be a critical skillset to build success in the role.

**What does the role look like?**
- Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, effectively planning, executing, and overseeing process intelligence projects
- Drive high value data driven analytical solutions within platforms such as Celonis
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify pain points and assess options to propose innovative and effective Process Mining solutions
- Develop and implement solutions focusing on process efficiency, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and ensuring adherence to the PM&A; framework.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business needs and inefficiencies, analysing data to propose impactful, data-driven Process Mining solutions

- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst within a large commercial organisation
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Python, with demonstrated ability to develop data mining, data engineering and database management solutions
- High competency with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS
- Excellent time-management skills whilst managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven project management experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholder
- Experience with SAP Retail, preferably SAP S/4 HANA preferred
- Experience in the FMCG industry focusing on process analytics is highly desirable
- Strong experience using data mining systems such as Celonis or similar is highly regarded

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of **$139,200
