Our client is one of the largest providers of services to the Poultry industry across Australia. A rare opportunity has become available for a talented HR Manager to join and lead a growing company in Sydney's South-West.
**About the Role**:
- **Position**: HR Manager
- **Location**: Sydney’s South-West
- **Salary**: $120k
- $140k + Super (dependent on experience)
- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Coverage**: Oversee NSW branches
**Responsibilities**:
- **Policy Development**: Ongoing development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance, and conducting employee awareness activities.
- **Performance Management**: Implementing KPIs, job descriptions, and organizational restructuring.
- **Managerial Support**: Advising and supporting managers/supervisors in employee performance and development.
- **Onboarding**: Developing and implementing the employee induction/on-boarding process.
- **Recruitment**: Managing all recruitment activities in conjunction with the direct line manager.
- **Employee Relations**: Overseeing and supporting the organization in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, training, remuneration, and rewards.
- **Reporting**: Developing and producing HR and payroll reports for the executive team.
- **Strategic Planning**: Participating in strategic planning activities, advising on legislative changes, workforce planning, skills development initiatives, and other key factors.
**Tickets & Experience Required**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 7+ years in Generalist HR Management roles.
- **Education**: Degree qualifications in HR.
- **Travel**: Ability to travel occasionally.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience in the FMCG industry is highly favorable but not essential.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and coach team members. Practical, down-to-earth, and approachable.
