This is a role for someone who knows their way around freight forwarding accounts, quotes, and rates. This is perfect if you are ready to take ownership of a portfolio with room to develop into a broader commercial capacity over time.

You will Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and maintain exceptional service quality Provide accurate and timely quotes across a range of trade lanes and services Identify and act on opportunities to grow trade lane presence within your accounts Liaise with overseas offices, agents, and internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes for clients

You have Experience in freight forwarding customer service, internal sales, or sales support Hands-on experience with quoting and rates CargoWise experience
