Volunteer Media Person (Prestons)

**About Us**: The Gleaming Tribe is a faith-based community committed to providing a safe and uplifting environment for Christians to connect, grow spiritually, and find encouragement. To ensure our events run smoothly and professionally, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled volunteer to assist with **Media**, including video, photography, and sound.

**Position Overview**: As a Media Manager, you will play a key role in capturing and managing the media for our events. This includes handling video recording, photography, and sound systems during the event, ensuring high-quality content and smooth technical operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate audio-visual equipment, including microphones, cameras, and projectors.
- Record videos and take photographs of key moments during events.
- Monitor and adjust sound levels to ensure clear and balanced audio.
- Edit and organize media files post-event for archival and promotional purposes.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth transitions during presentations or performances.
- Manage troubleshooting for any media-related technical issues.
- Uphold the values and mission of The Gleaming Tribe in all media representations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with video recording, photography, or sound systems (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with AV equipment, editing software, and media production workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for capturing meaningful moments.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical use of media materials.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and tight schedules.
