We are now seeking a **motivated and customer-focused individual** to join our Sydney team as a **Customer Service Assistant**.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling and resolving customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the Sales, Service, and Operations teams

**About You**

You are proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive team.

You will ideally have:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration
- A confident and qualified phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
